My Story “It all starts from childhood! I remember very well smelling everything I was going to eat, if it didn't smell good I didn't even taste it. Were you the same way? I enjoyed, like everyone else, homemade bread, pies, cakes ....good and natural! My greatest joy in the childhood was the cream that was available only in the bakeries in the spilled form...3kg of cream the sales lady put in a bag for me and what do you think followed? I enjoyed the whole cream without getting sick. Years have passed and I've taken up baking! I was busy raising our little girl during the day and in the night I was studying , reading and watching a bunch of websites, blogs and tutorials on the internet! After few years i attended pastry classes at Horeca Culinary School... It was a very nice experience where I learned a lot of things about baking. Teachers open your eyes...the rest is up to you. I preferred to keep it as a passion, an activity that I love to do, in which I invest time and resources to continuously learn. And so I managed to develop my personal brand Be Story Teller.” Together with my team we launched an online academy of baking courses for all pastry lovers!
